Enrichment Programmes at Project Headway Lobelia School (PHLS)!
At PHLS, we are committed to nurturing students beyond academics, helping them grow as creative, active, and responsible individuals. Our Enrichment Programmes are structured into three key streams, each offering unique opportunities for experiential learning and personal development:
Expression
The Expression stream focuses on encouraging creativity and self-expression through the arts. Students explore their talents in drawing, painting, music, dance, recitation, and drama. These activities not only help them express their individuality but also strengthen their ability to collaborate, communicate, and think critically. Creative projects—both individual and group-based—allow students to apply values learned in the classroom and achieve meaningful personal growth.
Action
Physical activity and sports form the core of the Action stream. At PHLS, students participate in regular physical education, indoor games, outdoor sports, and friendly competitions. Through these experiences, they develop important life skills such as teamwork, discipline, perseverance, and fair play. The Action stream also promotes physical well-being, self-confidence, and a healthy lifestyle that supports students’ academic success and emotional balance.
Citizenship
The Citizenship stream prepares students to be responsible, empathetic, and active members of society. Through environmental projects, social awareness campaigns, and community service, students learn about human rights, respect for others, and the impact of their actions on the world around them. These hands-on experiences help instill values of kindness, cooperation, and civic responsibility, encouraging students to become thoughtful contributors to their communities.
