Management

At PHLS, we take pride in our well-structured and efficient school management system, which ensures smooth operations and a supportive learning environment. Our management is organized into three key teams:

  1. School Management Team – Directed by a dedicated Board of five experienced members, this team oversees strategic planning, policy development, and overall institutional guidance.
  2. Academic Team – Led by the Head teacher and supported by academic supervisors, this team includes all teaching staff who are committed to delivering quality education through innovative methods and continuous improvement.
  3. Support Staff Team – Comprising skilled and cooperative personnel, this team handles administrative, technical, and operational responsibilities to maintain a safe, clean, and well-functioning campus.

Each team plays a vital role in the daily life of the school. Together, they create a professional, nurturing, and dynamic environment where students and staff can flourish.
